The Great One is a spirt of an old Toon, as a result of the Cogs. Subconsciously, he created a alter ego of him self, the Dark One.
He is kind and can show people their past and future, he is a good friend of the Super Toons and since The Battle of 2011, he has saved Toontown along with Bonkers. In Toontown - Red Nose Day Special, he defeats Ying and the Red Nose Day virus.
