Reformed Toons, more commonly known as Reforms, are Toons who have reverted back to Toon status after becoming a Tine.

Due to their time as a Tine, Reforms are no longer able to use gags. (similarly, they cannot be healed with Toon-Ups) Thus, they must attack with mundane weapons such as swords, staffs, and the like. The first weapon track is Fists. After that comes Staff, then Sword, followed by Blunt Weapons, which comes before Bows, then Improvised Weapons, and finally, Ultra Weapons.
