Altough GLaDOS isn't a Cog, she is a robot.
She is located in the Toon Science Enrichment Center in a big room, being attached to a big electric "barrel". Not much is known about her. She killed all Toon scientists working for Toon Science.
She has 4 cores (the balls on picture) attached to her:
Purple, Yellow, Blue, and Red.
